夢

昨晚在夢中哭了
哭的死去活來
哭著從夢中醒來
眼淚依然止不住往下流。

那一年
在我知道將要失去她的時候
我痛哭不已。
她只是默默的看著我說
沒事的
想我可以電話聯係呀
你把你的手機給了我
明知道這是不可能的
你還是如此的安慰著我

在夢中我沒能看清她的臉
可是這句話卻是那麽的真實
那麽清晰
仿佛她又回到了我身邊。
她的哭
她的笑
還有她對我的愛。

爲什麽要讓我再經歷一次生離死別，即使在夢中。

那時我選擇了另一個女孩，你什麽也沒有說。在被那個女孩拒絕后，你還是原諒了我 這個失敗者，一個人被其他女人抛棄的男人。你接受了我。可是之後呢？

本以爲好不容易在一起的我們能幸福的渡過一生，可體檢報告卻告訴了我們現實的殘 酷，我無法接受這個事實，仿佛天地即將毀滅一般。

你不停的在安慰著我，仿佛不是自己的事一般。我知道，其實你的心裏比我更害怕， 這時的我應該好好的照顧你、安慰你，可是我卻只顧著自己傷心。

那天晚上，你哭了。

那是我第一次看到你哭泣，我的心是那麽的矛盾。看著從來不願在他人面前哭泣的 你，卻在我的懷中輕聲的哭泣著，心中感到一絲欣慰，我得到了你的心；但更多的是 痛苦，我不能沒有你，我不能失去你，但現實呢？我不是神，只是一個小小的凡人， 我們祈禱奇跡，可是奇跡卻沒有降臨。

你離開了，帶著寂寞離開了。我沒有給你帶來幸福，我的諾言全部成了虛假的謊言， 什麽都沒做到，我是個徹頭徹尾的大騙子。

在那之後過了很久，本打算忘記你，忘記過去的一切。可是我辦不到，你深深地埋在 了我的心裏，好不容易淡忘了内心的傷痛，可是夢又把我帶回了那裏，心好痛。

Tiramisu

What is Tiramisu ?

二战时期，一个意大利士兵要出征了，可是家里已经什么也没有了，他的爱人为了给他准备干粮，把家里所有能吃的饼干、面包全做进了一个糕点里，那个糕点就叫提拉米苏。每当这个士兵在战场上吃到提拉米苏就会想起他的家，想起家中心爱的人。

制作

真正的提拉米苏特点是软身，因为它的主要原料是软芝士，这种芝士是专门用于制作甜品的，与做菜时用的生芝士不同；底部和中间必须有蛋糕，正宗的提拉米苏是用手指饼；还有很浓的咖啡酒的味道，因为手指饼一定要浸透咖啡酒的味道；还必须撒一层厚厚的可可粉。
饼底材料：手指饼或者蛋糕、牛油

材料：忌廉、软芝士、咖啡酒、蛋黄、鱼胶粉、砂糖、青柠檬汁
步骤：

1、先在蛋糕模上用牛油纸封好底部，均匀铺好饼底；

2、将咖啡酒均匀地洒在饼底上，充分入味约30分钟；

3、将忌廉和芝士分别打至软身；

4、在忌廉里加入蛋黄，然后加糖、青柠檬汁、盐打匀；

5、用水将鱼胶粉开稀，再以热水溶开，倒进芝士里；

6、混合后在芝士浆里加入打起的忌廉，打均匀；

7、将已经混合的芝士馅料加进预先做好的饼底上，再放上雪柜约六小时；

8、加上可可粉及糖粉作装饰就大功告成。

无可否认，做提拉米苏的确有一定的难度，对于许多人来说，未能成功做出一个象样的蛋糕，必定是某个过程出了乱子，分量、手法、次序、温度。细心揣摩，就能成功地做个属于自己的漂亮蛋糕。

1、忌廉要打得起，容器及工具要干净，即无多余的油和水。

2、放材料的时候要均匀，不要一下全部倒入。

3、鱼胶粉要先用冻水溶开，才放进热水中溶开。

4、要注意加材料时的顺序。

5、最好是用手指饼，国内硬硬的那种不行。或者要吸水好的蛋糕。

6、若做绿茶味或咖啡味；只需加入2平湯匙与粟粉和面粉一起筛匀便可。
